This villa is situated in the grounds on the 2nd hole of the 5 star Le, meridian Penina Golf resort. Complimented with its own gardens and gated entrance with intercom security this villa is fully air-conditioned with broadband internet, satellite TV with sports and movies available. It has a 15mtr x 3.5 m swimming pool along with a fully fitted BBQ area with breeze house and griddle to enable 24 h alfresco dining or entertaining. Designed over 2 levels this villa boasts 2 double master bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and en-suite facilities and a further 2 double bedrooms with wardrobes and adjoining on suite facilities, 2nd floor bedrooms have a balcony to an out side terrace. Penina golf resort: The property is situated on the 5 star resort of Le Meridian, facilities can be used but will incur hotel rates and charges. The penina golf resort is a championship golf course which holds events like the Portugese open, facilities include tennis and gym. There is also a grill and Restaurant.

Out and about: 3 km to the beach, 5 Km to Praia da Rocha, 1km to some bars and restaurants, and 5 minutes drive to the local shopping centre. There are many golf courses, beaches, scuba diving, surfing, jet skiing, wind surfing, riding, fishing, cycling, sailing to mention but a few and when the kids have tried all these there are the water parks, Jeep safaris or swimming with the dolphins at Zoo Marine world.
