This holiday property is very cosy and has access to a fantastic shared swimming pool. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and the other with two single beds. There is also another bathroom with shower.

Bungalow Melocotones NF is equipped with a very well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and other utensils to make your stay more pleasant, the kitchen is open to the living room from which you can access the terrace and garden through its large windows. The whole house has a different and very special decoration, which makes it a unique property.

The terrace is provided with outdoor furniture to be able to enjoy the maximum time outdoors, it is divided into two rooms, one of them being more private with hammocks to sunbathe.

The services included in the price are:

Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 350€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
Late Check in available and on request carries the following charges:
