The villa offers great outdoor space and privacy, featuring a mature garden, a shaded wooden pergola, a private swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor dining furniture, a built-in BBQ, and gated off-road parking. It's a lovely spot for enjoying long sunny days together, whether you're swimming, reading, or dining al fresco.



Set over two levels, the ground floor has an open-plan layout with a spacious lounge area, comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV with international channels, WiFi, air conditioning, and a fireplace. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with everything needed for family cooking. There’s also a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe space, and direct access to the back garden through sliding doors. Guests here can use the adjacent WC with a walk-in shower.



Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed, air conditioning, a large built-in wardrobe, and a private en-suite bathroom. The two twin bedrooms each have two single beds, air conditioning, and generous storage. These two rooms share a family bathroom and access to a spacious veranda with outdoor seating and views over the garden and sea.



Kapparis has everything you need within easy reach—from local restaurants and cafés to supermarkets, fruit markets, and water sports, making it an excellent choice for families or groups who want to enjoy the Cypriot coast without the crowds.
