Casa do Cedro is a spacious 2 storey villa which includes a lovely swimming pool surrounded by garden, patio and terraces.
This property is situated in a countryside area of Vilamoura but in 5 minutes drive you are in the center of Vilamoura/marina, beaches or the town of Quarteira, where you can find many restaurants, bars, shops or markets , traditional shops ,etc.
At the marina you can also find a great offer of boat and fishing trips and all kind of water sports.
Beautiful golden beaches are 8 minutes drive from Casa do Cedro.
Within the area there are 5 of the world class golf courses.

This property has a wonderful 9x4m pool (1m-2.25m depth) HEATED BY REQUEST AT ADDITIONAL COST.

By the pool there is a built in BBQ and a patio with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy life outdoors.
Also by the pool there is an outside shower and a half bathroom as well as washing machine and a small fridge.
This outside area also provides an outdoor´s table tennis, basquet ball ,small putting green and a darts board.
The ground floor:
As you enter the villa you´ll find a large hallway,leading to the living dinning room which is very spacious and full of light.
From the living room there is a balcony that leads to the garden and pool.
The living space provides you with a smart tv, as well as FREE WIFI.
There´s also a large fireplace with an incorporated log burner.
By the dinning room you´ll find a fully equipped kitchen.
Also on the ground floor there are 2 bathrooms.
There is a bedroom with twin beds and another with double bed, both with fitted wardrobes, both with A/C.
First floor:
Provides a bathroom with bath,one bedroom with twin beds and a double bed bedroom which has a balcony where you can enjoy the views of the countryside.
The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are equipped with A/C.
Casa do Cedro holds a current tourism licence (119517/AL), a gas safety certificate, and is provided with fire alarm detectors and a safe where you can secure your belongings . Also provides an alarm system that you can use.

The property is manage by the owners therefore any problems that may occur or help required will be dealt with all the attention at the time.

Check in at 4 pm , check out at 10 am. These hours may be flexible depending on previous and next reservations.

We provide pool towels, 1 cot (and bedding), and high chair no extra charge.
For reservations of 2 weeks or more we provide change of linen.
