Apartment

The apartment is an open-plan loft conversion split over two levels. Bedroom one is on the mezzanine level while leading from the living room/kitchen area is a second bedroom in its own alcove with high ceilings. There’s rooms for a further two people on the sofa-bed that converts to a double, but we’d advise that you get in touch with us first as the flat ideally sleeps four.

Expect to find all modern conveniences: air-conditioning, washing machine, and a dishwasher, USB wall charger. Set in the area of Piazza della Liberta, the flat is perfectly positioned to explore the Florence (both the Duomo of Florence and Fortezza da Basso are a 12 minute walk) and is still near enough to walk back to from the centre, if you want to have lunch at home (and a snooze!). There’s also a bus that runs from the centre and drops you 20 yards from the house.

The loft house is located in a quiet one-way residential street, with the apartment itself facing onto an internal courtyard. That means no traffic (or scooters) and only peace and tranquility during the day. Nearby there are a number of places to eat and these include a vegan/vegetarian diner, while for drinking you’d be hard pressed to beat Braumeister, serving lots of specialist beers on tap.

- Bedroom one (mezzanine): Queen-size bed, exposed wood beams, storage for clothes.
- Bedroom two (alcove): Queen-size bed, high ceilings, storage for clothes.
- Bedroom three (main living room): Sofa bed (double) - Note this apartment sleepp comfortably four, if you are coming in a group of 6, we recommend that you contact us to beforehand so we can discuss suitability.

- kitchen (May 2015). Dishwasher, Fridge (with icebox), Gas hob, Oven, Full kitchen utensils, and Equipment as would be expected (Kettle, Moka).

The apartment is located on the first floor, and there is no lift. Anyone with specific needs should contact us and we will happily discuss the finer points of access and its suitability for your holiday.

The property has two large windows that can be opened and look onto an internal courtyard.
