Visit Avignon or the nearby perched villages - Crestet, Sablet, Seguret, Gigondas, Gordes. Try wines at famous Cote du Rhone domaines, or explore the Roman remains of Vaison la Romaine or Orange. Superb cycling area - close to Mt Ventoux, the property adjoins one of the most scenic bike routes in Europe. Mountain bike routes and nature trails can be accessed directly from the house and bikes can be rented in Malaucene. Enjoy local Festivals (Opera in Orange, July Dance Festival in Vaison and music events and concerts all over the area).
