A charming one bedroom self-catering apartment for up to 4 people, perfectly located for easy access to town and ski lifts, with comfortable beds and lovely soft furnishings throughout.

The apartment has undergone a total renovation with new decor, modern lighting schemes throughout and a new kitchen & bathroom.

It is situated on the top (second) floor of an attractive chalet style building of only six apartments, with parking and free WiFi with fast internet access. There is a large wrap around South and East facing balcony which gets the morning and afternoon sun and from which are stunning views of the surrounding valley.

It is only a short walk into Morzine town centre with its great shops, bars and restaurants, and around 6 to 7 minutes to the Pleney and Super Morzine ski lifts - with ski boots on! The nearest supermarket is conveniently located at the bottom of the road.

The bedroom has large comfortable pocket-sprung beds which can be configured as two (3') singles or as a superking double (6') with access to its own balcony which catches the afternoon sun. The living area is dual aspect allowing plenty of light into the apartment and has high vaulted ceilings. There is an L-shaped sofa for relaxing in the evening which converts easily into a comfortable double sofa bed.

It is possible to ski back to within 100m of the chalet, conditions permitting.

We also subscribe to the Portes du Soleil’s MultiPass scheme during the summer season, providing guests with access to a wide range of activities for only 2€ per day per person.
