The apartment is only a short walk to the supermarket and banks and all the bars and restaurants in La Fuente Commercial Centre. There is a bus stop at the end of the street and it is only 7 minutes drive to the nearest beaches on the Orihuela Costa. There are also 3 other golf courses within 5 minutes drive of the apartment: Las Ramblas, Villamartin and the new Las Colinas.
