The villa is located in a very quiet village Grabovac, where you can have an absolute peaceful & relaxing holiday with everything being only a 30 minutes drive.The villa is surrounded by mountains and has fantastic sunsets. Entertainment area in the attic comes with own bar, sound system and poker table. Possibilities to make own wine – harvesting and preparation, as well as tasting. Privacy, ambiance, mild temperature during summer, easy accessibility from the highway. We recommend renting a car to get around and visit the area. Within easy reach of the house you will find beaches (25 km), sailing, boat hire, fishing, horse-riding, cycling and walking.
