Casa Marti is a homely and traditional house located between Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa. It is a 25 minute walk into Puerto Pollensa and a brief cycle ride to the old market town (4km). The cottage is enclosed within a large, private garden which has a swimming pool with roman steps, barbecue and a spacious, sheltered area for outdoor dining and relaxing in the shade. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms and air conditioning units. The property also features WIFI internet, television, an iPad, DVD Player, PS4 with games, Bluetooth Speaker, Lego and boardgames.

For clients visiting in the colder months, the air conditioning units in the bedrooms also act as heaters and there are electric heaters for the living room and kitchen.
