It is situated in a quiet rural area dotted with local vineyards, yet only 2km from the charming historic hillside town of Fayence with its lovely restaurants and markets. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes away by car. Recently refurbished throughout the villa features a range of modern amenities, and has an open plan kitchen and spacious lounge area. The house sleeps 8 comfortably. There are 4 bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms (1 family with bath and walk in shower, 2 en suite: 1 with bath and overhead rain shower, 1 with walk in shower). There is a separate utility/laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board. There are terraces to the front and rear of the villa and an outdoor barbecue. A large garden (3,000 square metres) surrounds the house. The rear garden features a play area with children’s swings.
