To the west of Albufeira centre sits Albufeira's colourful marina. It's a great spot this for passing a lazy afternoon watching people and boats, and sipping coffees or a beer from one of the many chic coffee shops come bars lining the marina. You can tell considerable effort, and investment, has gone into Albufeira Marina. It's beautifully colourful, with dolphin sculptures and more. There's a yacht club here, plus shops, and various boat trips depart from the marina.
Please note there is tourist tax which is not included the cost & fees mentioned in this platform because this tax is expected to be paid directly by the guest to the Albufeira Local Authority. The details are given in the rental agreement. This tourist tax is 2 euors per day per person (above the age of 12 years) for a maximum of 7 days to be paid directly by the guest latest on the day of arrival. Any airport transfers are available on actual costs to be paid directly to the taxi operator. Any mid-stay cleaning or change of linen is not included and would be charged at extra to be paid directly to the property manager.
