Our spacious gated villa sits in its own private mature grounds. In an elevated position, with huge wrap-around terraces, we have absolutely stunning views across to the Mar Menor sea. The secure terraces provide fantastic outdoor living space, the perfect place to chill and soak up the ever-changing view. When you decide to tear yourself away you could wander down to the gym for a work out, or enjoy some table tennis or snooker/pool in the games room.

The exceptional indoor 8m pool can be heated by request, affording year-round swimming. Open all of the sliding doors around the pool and bring the outdoors in, or lounge outside on one of the many sun loungers. BBQs are located on both the upper terrace and in the garden's outdoor kitchen, both with ample dining tables and chairs.

This really is a superb, well designed property with extremely high quality fixtures and fittings. The large, light rooms, and two sitting rooms, make the property extremely suitable for larger groups. You will find every convenience for a truly amazing holiday.

The villa is located in the very centre of La Manga Club, meaning within walking distance you have access to over a dozen restaurants, a number of bars, a well-stocked supermarket, and the Club's golf courses and Racquets Club (tennis, padel, etc.) For exploration further afield, we can recommend dramatic hikes, beautiful beaches and authentic restaurants in the local area.

The property sleeps 14 guests in beds with an option for a 15th guest in a folding guest bed.
