Due to the semi-rural location, the villa is not in a domaine and boasts excellent privacy and yet is only 5 minutes drive to the nearest shops and restaurants.

Grasse is nearby with its numerous perfume or sweet factories. Cannes is a 30 mins drive and Nice is the same. Antibes is slightly further and Italy (Ventimiglia) is an hour away.
