The villa, built in 1700 AD, is independent, furnished with antiques and located in a typical rural village on the hill of Scopello. The area is cool even in summer and the house has perimeter stone walls one meter wide so you never feel hot. The villa is very close to the natural reserve of "Zingaro" where you enjoy the contact with nature meeting in the wild rabbits, porcupines, owls, hawks, foxes, sheep and cows. You'll be able to swim into one of the most striking place of sicily: the “tonnara” of scopello with its marvelous stacks and in the evening taste the very good local seafood and meat with the best wines of sicily. Otherwise you will visit the most important archaeological sites in the sicily: segesta, selinunte, mothia or take a trip to palermo, monreale, trapani, erice, marsala and the egadi isles (favignana, levanso and marettimo). At the end you can remain at home and enjoy the greatest quiet, walking among almond trees and succulent plants or swinging under a secular olive tree.
