This is a very picturesque part of the coast, with red rocks and lovely views. It has its own marina and sandy beach within 7 minutes' walk. The nearest town (3 miles away) is Theoule-Sur-Mer. Rocamar is set in lovely mature landscaping. It is very secure, with electronic gates and a private car park; there is a residents’ pool, children’s play area, badminton/table tennis and boules area. This is the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. The nearby beach (7 minutes' walk) is safe for swimming and offers a great selection of water sports. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. By car, the shopping and nightlife of Cannes is just 20 minutes away. There are plenty of sporting activities and many places to visit in the area.
