Villa

The spacious villa is completely private as it sits within a large plot on top of a hill. It overlooks the S’Albufera nature reserve which is a designated area of outstanding natural beauty and registered on the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. The freshwater lake on the reserve is the stop off point in Spring and Autumn for many birds on their way to and from Africa. From the pool area in April and May nightingales can be heard singing all day long. Hoopoes and turtle doves can also be seen and heard, while raptors such as booted eagle, kestrel and red kites soar high above. If you are lucky, you may see our two resident tortoises wandering around the garden.
There are walks and trails through the parc and in Spring there are wild flowers in abundance including many orchid species - these months are a must for nature lovers!
