The apartment overlooks the quiet countryside (Brejos) and is a new build 3rd floor apartment. It has 2 communal pools, 1 normal pool and 1 for small children. There are comfortable loungers around the pool and on the roof terrace. It has a L shaped balcony with access from the living room and each bedroom. The location is ideal for those wishing a relaxing holiday in comfortable surroundings but with a walk of only 10 minutes to the top of the famous "Strip" in Albufeira with its many restaurants and bars.

It is only a short bus or car ride away to the old town, numerous beeches and golf courses.

Entry to the Monte da Eira grounds and building is controlled and access is gained only with a key or remote.

There are various attractions a short car journey away or by using the service transport for (tickets are available from various ticket shops)
