Apartment

The Old Village is about 25-30 mins by car or taxi from Faro Airport. The complex is completely pedestrianised and family friendly and now has Wi-Fi throughout. The gardens are manicured and the fragrances from the plants at night heighten the experience. 24 hour on-site security adds to that feeling of well being. Our apartment is located only a minute or two's walk from any of the bars, restaurants and pools. Access to the apartment is by external stairs to the first floor. Inside is a lounge/diner, open aspect to the kitchen, and a toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower toilet and sink. On the top floor is a large private roof terrace. Vilamoura has several first class golf courses.The beaches in Vilamoura are sandy clean and picturesque. At the marina 5 mins by car, there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Water sports and boat trips can be booked from here. Neighbouring Quarteira has a weekly market, (bartering is essential). Further down by the beach a daily fish market can be found.
