The beautiful large pool (15.5.x.6 m) has covered cabanas on which to relax, a large covered dining area and external kitchen barbeque and boules court. This one of a kind property offers total privacy and seclusion but gives very easy access to the vibrant and charming Puglian town of Ceglie Messapica, famed for its restaurants. The house and grounds are perfect for families, the house is comfortably and stylishly furnished and offers very spacious living areas, a/c in all bedrooms and modern facilities. Outside there are several seating areas to louge and relax, outdoor sofas, a large outdoor dining tables for 10, a poolside veranda with bbq and outdoor kitchen and a table for 8 and a further veranda which leads off the original 'cantina' of the house with a table seating 8 with BBQ. From the rooftops there are extensive views over surrounding olive groves. The cantina is the heart of the house, where our guests like to congregate around the dining table. One of the main highlights of the property are the incredible gardens, unique in the area with hundreds of varieties of mediterranean and dry garden plants.
