Villa Alexander is one of only 4 beautifully designed modern villas that make up the small, exclusive development of Gennadi Hills, located on the edge of the traditional, year round village of Gennadi on the South East coast. Ideally situated in peaceful surroundings of olive groves and open countryside yet just a few minutes stroll to the village where there is a good range of facilities including supermarkets, a bakery, green-grocery, ATM, motor cycle hire and a number of bars and tavernas. A short walk takes you to one of the island's coveted blue flag beaches and beach front tavernas. A little further along the beach is a modern beach bar serving good food, drink and cocktails and providing free sunbeds. A pharmacy and medical centre are located between the village and beach.
