A spacious 4-bedroom apartment that has a newly refurbished large modern kitchen / diner consisting of a double oven, induction hob, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a separate wine fridge. The apartment will comfortably sleep up to 8 people, with 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) A welcoming reception hall leads to the lounge and the property and has 5 separate balconies, the largest of which has a partial sea view and are all served by the sun at different times of the day. Newly restored parquet flooring throughout and ventilated window shutters combine to maintain a comfortable temperature inside the apartment.
The apartment is family owned. Sarah is from the island of Madeira and prides herself on providing a clean and beautifully presented apartment.
Located within the Savoy district of Funchal and only 5 -7 minute walk to the marina, centre and the CR7 Museum, Santa Catarina Park and Funchal Municipal Gardens. Many of Funchal's fine restaurants are within a few minutes walk as well as the Casino and Savoy hotel. A two minute walk to Avenida do Infante is served by many bus routes to other parts of the island.
