One of the largest villas on the island set in mature gardens with private swimming pool, located 2 minutes walk from Kolios beach. A 10 minute drive from Skiathos town. A bright and spacious villa set over 2 floors with the bedrooms located on the ground floor. Most bedrooms have external doors opening out on to a shaded ground floor terrace or the lawned garden. There is also a small living room on the ground floor. The main living area is situated on the first floor with spacious kitchen, dining and living areas, opening out on to a 1000sqft terrace with fantastic views of the beach, Kolios bay and the mountains beyond. Perfect for large adult groups or families with children.

Daily maid service included in rental fee.

Local taxes payable in cash on arrival:
- Climate resilience tax 15 euros per group per night.
- Residence tax 10 euros per night.
