The apartment is on the first floor and is approximately 250 years old. We have painstakingly renovated it to an high standard of finish, retaining as much of the character stonework and original flooring as we could, whilst fitting stunning bathrooms and kitchen, with all modern conveniences you would expect, including full air conditionig.

The apartment could not be better placed in the heart of old town Rovinj, with views over the harbour from the sunny terrace. We do not know of another apartment in Rovinj of this specification or location. It will accommodate 6 people in absolute comfort in its 3 large bedrooms and ample living space. The stunning artists' street of Grisia is a stones throw away, and the many lovely fishing restaurants and gelateria of Rovinj are all within 2 minutes walk away.
