The Teras Apartment is on the exclusive, small, Emir Development which has wonderful views of the bay of Kalkan. The ‘old town’ is a five minute walk away. This air conditioned luxury two bedroom apartment is located on one floor at pool level in a prime location. It has the largest furnished covered veranda (20 sq.m.) in the complex which keeps the interior of the apartment cool. The private terrace is accessed through French doors from the lounge and a door from the master bedroom. There are two shared swimming pools, a children's pool, spacious sunbathing terraces with loungers and umbrellas. The Teras apartment is decorated and furnished to a very high standard featuring stone walls, antique marble floors and large windows. It includes all the facilities you would expect to find in high quality accommodation, such as black granite topped tables and worktops, water cooler, 32" LCD TV with internet giving access to a large numbers of programmes and a DVD player, cable internet, high quality kitchen equipment and a safe.
