Nerja, a popular resort is readily accessible from Malaga and its international airport, with motorway access to within a mile of the town centre. It nestles in the foothills of the mountains, the old town, with its narrow, vehicle restricted, cobbled streets, and offers a more relaxed holiday from that found in the big resorts further along the coast. With small picturesque bays, the famous 'Balcon de Europa' promenade, numerous small shops, bars and restaurants, and its wonderful all year round climate, Nerja has something for all seasons, especially for families and the more mature holiday maker. Local excursions include the Nerja Caves, one of Spain's biggest tourist attractions. The accommodation includes one double bedroom with en suite, one twin bedroom, a brand new (2024) full bathroom with shower and wc, a lounge/diner with TV and patio doors to the terrace which overlooks the pool and sea. A fully equipped recently refurbished kitchen has oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. In February 2022 we fitted a new air con/heating system. We also have a secure car park where you can park for free.
