About This Property
A quiet, completely restored studio apartment in the heart of Rome, a short walk from the Vatican. It is well served by public transport with nearby bus and Metro connections for the rest of the ciy , as well being near to the overground railway station of San Pietro.
This small studio consists a sleeping area with double bed, fold out twin size couch, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, and a small balcony.
There is a dishwasher, air conditioning and washing machine outside on the balcony.

The contribution applies only for the first 10 days.

The Day of your departure leave the keys on the table or hanging to the nail next the door. Do not leave the keys in the the keyhole.
The day of your departure please switch off the lights, turn off the gas and close the windows.
Please empty the garbage.
Leave the kitchen in order, with washed dishes, and the fridge empted.
