The house is set over three levels with entrance on the top level where there is car parking. Through the front door there is a small landing .

Down the stairs takes you to the middle floor and main open plan living area with lounge, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area and hall way. Doors open from the lounge and hallway onto the sunny terrace, furnished with table and chairs. Steps from the terrace lead down to the swimming pool and grassed area. There are plenty of sun beds available for use of residents of all the houses.
