This beautiful truly waterfront apartment is located in one of the oldest and more prestigious buildings of Menaggio, the Grand Hotel. The apartment has been recently completely newly renovated with high quality finishes, like wooden floor, modern kitchen, bathroom with venetian stucco and a large shower with "Bisazza" mosaic. It is located in a very practical position where everything can be reached within walking distance: shops, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee bars, public beach with swimming pool, lake promenade, ferry boat, bus station and many other facilities. The second oldest Golf Club in Italy (1906) is located in Menaggio, just five minutes drive away from the apartment. The apartment is very quiet and relaxing and its balcony offers stunning views of the lake and the surrounding mountains and it is one of the best places to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Lake Como.
