Fabulous Southern Sardinia awaits and my villa is located close to Capitana beach and the Marina de Capitana , with many amazing beaches along the south coast which are all in easily accessible from my place. My beautiful villa has 2 double bedrooms with its own private garden, private panoramic pool (6.5x4.5m) and a large terrace for al fresco dining. The villa is south facing with a sea view in a quiet development and less than 10 minutes walk (500m)to nearest beach. It`s a great place for families , those who want a base to explore from and also those who just want to relax and enjoy the view , it`s truly peaceful and beautiful.
My place is modern, local stone built with excellent specification throughout. It is fully air conditioned, including both bedrooms. The property can sleep a maximum of 5 adults and children plus 2 babies in cots . Two bedrooms , provide a double bed in the first bedroom, and a double bed plus 1 single in the second bedroom or 3 single beds in the 2nd bedroom if you prefer . Baby cots are also available.
It is fully fitted to a high standard with all modern amenities including a dishwasher and washing machine.

In 2025 the Sardinian Government introduced a Tourist Tax for private holiday lets and this requires the owner to collect a tax of 1.50 euro per day for all guests between 12 - 70 years . I am also required to submit passport details for all guests between 12 -70 years. Upon booking , I will send you a form to complete that requires the above information and details of how to pay this tax to me to enable me to pay it via a Government portal.
