There's also a small model train which you can catch from Hotel Esmerelda, just a 5 minute walk away which will take you into Calpe town. Nearby picturesque towns are Altea and Moraira as well as Benidorm which is just a 40 minute drive away if you want to sample a buzzy nightlife.
