This property is an outstanding holiday rental with all amenities on hand. The entrance hall leads upstairs into a spacious open plan lounge area and majestic dining room with seating for 8 persons. Patio doors lead out to the terraces with beautiful views to the sea and the island of La Gomera.

From the lounge a small corridor leads to an additional luxury 4 piece bathroom and two beautifully refurbished double room and twin bedroom both with fitted wardrobes. From the dining area an open staircase leads down to two further refurbished bedrooms. The twin bedroom has full luxury unsuited facilities and the second double large bedroom incorporates fitted wardrobes with another luxury bathroom adjacent. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, coffee maker, juicer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, etc. The kitchen leads to a further luxury bathroom and to the outside dining terrace. Externally there is a beautiful heated (during winter months) pool completely private and not overlooked with ample terracing for sun worshippers with all day sun. There are large garden areas with a Canarian theme and a purpose built barbecue and dining area with pergola. There is an additional rooftop sun terrace with impressive sea views to the island of La Gomera. This is simply a stunning property suitable for families or couples. Outside grounds are very spacious to accommodate our guests with relaxation areas and table tennis area on the front terrace.

There is a beautiful new beach at the foot of the village with a brand new restaurant and beach bar with sun loungers. In the village of Callao Salvaje you will also find shops, restaurants, excursion and exchange facilities, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks and French bakery.

Golf details: There are numerous golf resorts located within 10 min of the property, namely the new Abama resort and the Costa Adeje golf resort. The off times can be organized as well as car hire, etc.
