'San Niccolò' is a small romantic apartment in a quiet position inside the ancient city walls, just less than ten minutes' walk along the banks of the river Arno to the Ponte Vecchio. It consists of the upper half of a two storey seventeenth century mews cottage, approached through an archway from a small and silent road: from the private street door, a staircase will lead you up to the living room with dining area and sofa bed, a small but well equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with double bed, separate spacious wardrobes and ensuite bathroom. From its strategic position on the left side of the Arno, 'San Niccolò' gives you the opportunity to be right in the heart of the city, close to its main museums and monuments, but also to take pleasant walks through the secret paths that climb the surrounding hills up to Piazzale Michelangelo and to enjoy the characteristic atmosphere of the area with its medieval streets, its small shops, open air restaurants, trattorie and cafés.
