Casa Bàn is a unique contemporary villa located in the beautiful countryside of Puglia placing itself between Sava, Manduria and Maruggio in the heart of the Salento and less than 10 minutes from the Ionian coast and beautiful beaches at Campomarino.

The property has four bedrooms the master suite has a generous dressing area and large en-suite. Two further spacious double rooms and one twin room furnished with twin/bunk beds suitable for children. Each bedroom comes with its own ensuite bathroom. The villa has WiFi throughout. There is a large comfortable living room with Apple TV where guests can use all the TV platforms to stream programs and films when they like. .


The property has a large modern kitchen with american style fridge freezer, microwave oven, five burner hob and a large dining table with seating for eight people. At the rear of the property is a terrace with direct access from each of the bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen.
