This luxury, five bedroom villa is situated in a beautiful, quiet complex of detached properties. It offers magnificent and quite exceptional sea views over the bay of La Herradura with a backdrop of the mountains beyond.Stunning sun-sets and spectacular views across the bay are just part of the charm of this villa. With three garden areas and heated swimming pool this villa is the perfect place to soak up the last of the sun at the end of the day, with a glass of wine as you relax and unwind on your holiday. And if you plan on hitting the beach it is a ten minute walk away.
This beautiful villa has two bedrooms with double beds, one with one double and a sofa bed, and two bedrooms with twin beds. Two bedrooms have en-suites and there are two further bathrooms making four in total. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. The first bathroom, which is ensuite to the main bedroom, is a full bathroom with bath, shower and twin sinks. The second has a large walk in shower. The third is a small shower room beside the third bedroom with a double bed. The fourth bathroom is a new luxuriously-appointed shower room which serves the two twin bedrooms. These are in a separate part of the house but with full internal access as well as garden access to each bedroom. The kitchen has granite work surfaces with a fridge with ice dispenser, electric hob and fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, and any appliances you may need. The large living room has a spacious seating area and an extendable dining table for 10.
Pool Heating £125 per week.
The pool is 11 metres by 4.5 metres. The minimum depth is 1m40.
There is a 30 in collapsible paddling pool available for toddlers.

Two french doors lead to a covered seating and dining area with gorgeous view perfect for warm summer evenings! Outdoors in total there is a table seating up to 10 people, as well as 2 more tables seating up to six. A stereo system and Bose iPod dock are provided. There is also a TV room with seating for 6 and a small area for computer access near the utility room.
With three garden areas and such beautiful views you can make the most of the large outdoor private pool and barbeque near the sheltered patio area with seating, and the table tennis terrace.The utility room has a washing machine and separate drying area and iron
Towels, including pool towels, and linen are provided. Maid services can be provided on request.

La Herradura is a popular summer destination, in July and August the Beach and local Bars and Restaurants are bustling. The Beach Restaurants, known as Chiringuitos, are renowned for their amazing food and you can find a worldwide selection of cuisine. With plenty of bars and clubs with live music and some of the restaurants with traditional flamenco shows, whether you are looking for a nice evening meal and some light entertainment or a full on night in town you are sure to find what you are looking for!

There are a number supermarkets nearby, and the daily market sells fresh fish, fruit and vegetables.

There are a number of banks and ATMs in the village. Nerja is 15 minutes away by car ,where there is more nightlife here particularly for the younger crowd; some of the clubs close at 6 am.
