This stunning four-bedroomed duplex-penthouse is located right on the beach in the area called The New Golden Mile, which is located between Puerto Banus and Estepona. This penthouse, as well as the complex, offer pure luxury, comfort, and style. From almost everywhere in the apartment, ranging from the bedroom to the private rooftop swimming pool, you have a stunning panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. This provides an incredible view and feeling of ultimate relaxation.

The apartment features four well designed bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the other bedroom has a private bathroom that is apart from the room. The master bedroom has a large bathroom and closet area as well as a private terrace with lounge chairs and great sea views. Furthermore, all bedrooms are equipped with Sonos, a state of the art speaker system that can be controlled by telephone or tablet.

The living room is very modern, equipped with design furniture and art. It features a very large and comfortable couch alongside the television and fireplace and a large dining table with chairs. Also from the lounge you can enjoy the views.

From the lounge you step onto the main outside terrace, a place for ultimate relaxation. Here you will find a bar, lounge area, state of the art BBQ and dining table for all. Whether you will be enjoying your breakfast, reading a book in the lounge corner or simply relaxing, you always have an unbeatable view to enjoy.

From this terrace you have a staircase leading up to the upper terrace where you will find a private rooftop pool with stunning views and two sun loungers. This area is like magic and will be hard to find anywhere else along the coast.

Apart from the private pool, the complex also boasts two very large lagoon style swimming pools as well as a heaated indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi - ideal for the low season periods. The complex also offers a high quality gym.

From the complex you have direct access to the beach and boardwalk from where you can walk to one of the beach restaurants or bars close-by.

There is are a couple of large supermarket a short (5min) drive away, and the vibey town of Estepona with its port and Old Town is a mere 2 km away.
