This villa, located on the hill overlooking the picturesque village of Torri del Benaco, is surrounded by a large olive grove and enjoys a breathtaking view of the lake and the famous sunset behind the mountains.



The lake and beaches are less than 1 km away and can be easily reached on foot through the picturesque road descending from the hill. The historic centre and restaurants are located approximately 2 km away.

The Villa has two uncovered parking spaces, located in front of the main entrance.



Villa Retrò at Rossone maintains the 'retro' atmosphere typical of the period of its construction and is distributed on a single floor. Upon entering, our guests will be welcomed by a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, fridge, dishwasher and everything necessary to cook excellent meals, among friends and in company. From the entrance, one accesses the living room with a dining table, a sofa and a satellite TV.

From the kitchen and living room, it is possible to access the large balcony, complete with a dining table and an outdoor lounge area with a view of the lake.

Continuing from the living room, one accesses the sleeping area, represented by a corridor in which three double bedrooms with air conditioning and a single bedroom without air conditioning follow each other. Two bathrooms with shower complete the floor.

The external area consists of a large fully fenced garden, accessible via stairs on the side of the villa and complete with a covered area that has a barbecue with an outdoor table.
