Albufeira old town and fisherman's beach is a pleasant 10 min stroll where you will find shops, bars and restaurants. The marina where you can take boat trips or just enjoy the waterside cafés is just a 10 minute walk. The apartment has large furnished balconies and superior quality finishing, located within a secure gated condominium and enjoying the benefits of cool basement parking. It features fully equipped Danish kitchens complete with Zanussi appliances and granite worktops. All patio doors and windows have electrically operated thermo-lacquered aluminium shutters. There are waterparks and several golf courses close by and 7 more beaches within 5 mins drive.
As from 21st May 2024, There is a tourist tax applied by the Albufeira Camara (Council) of 2€ per night per guest for guests aged 13 years and over. This is for a maximum of 7 nights, So if you stay for 10 nights you will only be taxed for 7 nights. So each guest aged 13 and over will pay 14€.
