Just 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 5 minutes drive to Ayia Napa. 30 mins from Larnaca Airport, it is an excellent villa choice for families and mixed couples looking for a relaxing stay in a great location, but close enough to get to the nearest beaches and Ayia Napa.The villa is modern and nicely furnished. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area with cosy seating that convert into beds and Smart TV. The dining area seats 8 persons and the fitted kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs features a further 2 double bedrooms, one which has doors leading onto a spacious balcony with fabulous sea views. There is also a family bathroom with bath upstairs and separate shower cubicle and toilet on the ground floor. The villa enjoys an expansive garden area with a large swimming pool. There is lots of room for sunbathing and outside dining. Free WIFI and freeview/smart TV are available and the villa is full air-conditioning.

The Ayia Thekla area is a quiet and scenic location just on the outskirts of Ayia Napa. The area has 2 lovely beaches a restaurant and a supermarket, whilst all the amenities of Ayia Napa are just a short drive away.
