Built in a traditional style, the villa features charming brick-arched ceilings on the ground floor and thick walls that naturally keep the interior cool during summer. The property boasts a 2.80 m high stone wall enclosing the courtyard, ensuring safety and privacy—a feature cherished by families with children and pet owners. Accommodating up to five guests, the villa includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is generously designed with a large kitchen, a cozy living room, hallways, patios, a game room, and a terrace. The garden also holds an enchanting old water well.

Located in a serene neighborhood with a few neighbors and surrounded by unspoiled nature, the villa provides private parking and complimentary WiFi. There is also a gaming room with table football and darts board for family fun. The property is just meters from the Tour of Croatia cycling route, as well as hiking trails, old fortresses, paragliding spots, fishing opportunities (sea and lake), and beautiful beaches.
