About This Property
Our Apartment is 81sqm and has a big living-dining room as well as an open plan kitchen, a master bed room with an en-suite (with a new wellness shower), a second bedroom and an additional family bathroom. It is just completely renovated and finished with a high standard, all the furniture and electronics are brand-new. We can host in our apartment up to six persons. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a ceramic cooker and baking oven, a big fridge and freezer, dish washer, microwave and many small appliances, such as toaster, orange juicer, coffee machine, etc. So that you will enjoy cooking during your holidays. In the living and bedrooms we have installed A/C-system, which can be used for cooling during the hot summer season and warm air during the winter months. If you want to wash your holiday clothes during your stay, this is not a problem, we also provide a washing machine. For your entertainment you can enjoy a big 55 inches TV with a surround soundbar in the living room and in each bedroom a 32 inches TV; all TV's receiving UK, German and Spanish channels.
An electric grill is also available for using on the terrace for an enjoyable eating experience with family and friends.
Surroundings:
The apartment is located directly on the beachfront and you also have immediate access to a Garden Bar, where you can get full English breakfast or a dinner or an odd pint of beer and other drinks while enjoying the fantastic sea view. You can see over to Morocco / Africa on the other side of the sea, on a clear weather day from your terrace.
You can also choose one of the three pools (closest pool is 20 meters away) or a tennis court in the community to use. The next restaurant after the garden bar is just 2 minutes walk away. The next supermarket, pharmacy and Taxi service stand is 5-7mins walk away. The next bus station to Malaga or Marbella can also be reached in 5mins. Within the community area, it is even possible to book a variety of day / boat tours. It is also possible to walk to La Cala de Mijas through the boardwalk in 20-30mins, in La Cala you have a nice beach, variety of options of boutiques, shops, restaurants etc. In general, the neighbourhood is mixed, with permanent residents and holiday makers from UK, Spain, Germany and so on, therefore not completely empty in the off-season .
