11th floor apart, located on Levante beach overlooking the 3 pools and the open sea.
Very close to all restaurants and bars. The marina which is a short walk away is famous for the open air fish restaurants. You can continue to walk along the beach from here into town which is about 20 minutes away, where there is lots to see and do.
The old town has many tapas bars, shops and features a Saturday market. We have a car parking space included in the price. Also there is a local bus and mini train servicing the 2 other local beaches and main town or to main bus station to go further afield that takes you to various places up and down the coast. There is a boat that will also take you to and from Benidorm. A car is not essential but is nice if you wish to travel further and in your own time. There is a supermarket across the road and a choice of 6 larger ones all within 20 mins walk or 5mins by car. The local restaurants of which there must be close to a hundred all within 30 minutes.
The apartment by law now has to be registered with the Valencia Tourist Board and we now have to ask for ID from our clients.

We try very hard to work with our clients and make sure your arrival and departure run as smoothly as possible.To do this we ask all guests departing to leave promptly for 10am - giving us time to prepare for our next arrivals.
Arrivals is 4pm onwards - however we work closely with our housekeeper and if she is able to get the apartment ready a little earlier she will.
