With three bedrooms - ALL EN-SUITE - AND ALL with air-conditioning, which can be conveniently set up as 2 'doubles' and a twin OR 6 single beds - the villa has its own private pool AND a private gate directly onto the beach!
The Lounge is very comfortable and spacious for 6 guests and there is a separate dining area.
The kitchen is also a good size and there is a built in BBQ in the garden for those who like to enjoy a char-grilled meal alfresco
Next to the house only 30 seconds by foot are a selection of good restaurants, cafes and bars.
There's plenty for kids to do as well.
