Apartment CT1 is a bright one-bedroom apartment featuring a spacious balcony and access to a shared rooftop terrace with views of the Parthenon.

It offers a double bedroom plus an additional daybed (200 × 90 cm) in the living area, making it ideal for couples or small groups. The apartment is fully equipped and offers high-speed internet at 102 Mbps.

Please note that there are a few steps at the building entrance, a small step when entering the WC, and steps from the top floor to access the shared rooftop terrace.

Our CT1 apartment provides a relaxing base within easy walking distance of historic sites, cafés, shops, and public transport.

It is located in Psirri, a lively and historic neighbourhood in central Athens known for its unique blend of tradition and modern flair.

Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri still showcases traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries. Its streets are also famous for bold street art and charming neoclassical architecture.

Just minutes from Monastiraki metro station—with direct links to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port—and situated next to Plaka, Psirri is a perfect base for exploring the city on foot.

For arrivals after 21:00, we recommend pre-booking our trusted taxi service. Payment is made directly to the driver, who will also check you in at no extra charge. If you arrive on your own, a staff member will meet you and a €20 late check-in fee applies.
