Apartment CT3 is a spacious and stylish apartment with a balcony and access to a shared rooftop terrace with Parthenon views.

Designed for comfort, it features a king-size bedroom (which can be split into twins), a large living area with additional sleeping options, and two bathrooms, including one en suite. The two beds in the living room are separated from the main living/kitchen area by a roll-top partition.

Please note that there are a few steps at the building entrance to reach the elevator, and steps from the top floor to access the rooftop terrace.

Ideally located in central Athens, it’s just steps from historic sites, cafés, and shops.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on availability. Standard times are 3:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM check-out.

For arrivals after 21:00, we recommend pre-booking our trusted taxi service. Payment is made directly to the driver, who will also check you in at no extra charge. If you arrive on your own, a staff member will meet you and a €20 late check-in fee applies.
