The apartment BEATRICE is a smart and unexpensive simple apartment that features a private outdoor area located inside the the Walls of Lucca, along VIA ELISA. The apartment is positioned on the ground floor of the Palazzo Froussard, named after Jean-Baptiste Froussard, who served as Secretary of State and Cabinet under the Baciocchi government during the Napoleonic Principality of Lucca. A particular feature is the private garden furnished with table, chairs and a sofa, a grand living area with fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine, iron and board, a bathroom with a built shower, a bedroom with a king size bed. The apartment comes with a very reliable wifi internet connection provided by the national phone company.Later check in, up to midnight, are possible with a little surcharge of 50 euros to pay in cash upon the arrival . After midnight is required a fee of 100 euros.

LAYOUT: the apartment is situated on the ground floor. Entrance; bathroom (shower); master bedroom; closet with washing machine; fully equipped kitchen/dining room and sitting area. Garden accessible from the main loggia.
