Villa Amelia was constructed and completed in the summer of 2006. It is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access and parking area for a few cars. The villa is in the village of Metaxata with stunning views of the most imposing Mt Aenos (1626m) and the castle of St George, the old capital of Kefalonia. The villa stands on its own grounds with an attractive and well-maintained mature garden. The swimming pool is very private, is screened by a series of tall hedging and is not overlooked by anyone. The BBQ area is enclosed with a wooden & stone pagoda and has its own lighting and running water. The villa is fully air conditioned, with two bedrooms, both en-suite with bath & shower. For your entertainment the villa boasts a 40'' plasma TV, stereo and ipod Gear 4 docking station which can also be used at the BBQ area. The villa is equipped with a DVD and an extensive DVD library with over 300 movies to choose from with lots of old classics and movies for children. There is a fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine & dishwasher. There are 2 dining areas: 1 on the patio and 1 at the BBQ area and each accommodates six or more persons. Outside, there are extensive paved areas overlooking the pool with sun loungers, parasols and coffee poolside tables. . Villa Amelia is 110m2 on a site of 700m2.
