The apartment (50m2 + 25m2 terrace with amazing view) is located in the city core, 30 m away from the Coliseum, in the close vicinity of all city sights. Furnished in a modern manner, air conditioned, free wifi internet, free reserved parking place...
The apartment is placed on the 4th floor of the building. It consists of a room equipped with a double bed, living room with a kitchen, a small hallway and a bathroom. If necessary, an extra bed or a cot could also be provided.

The apartment has two terraces looking at the Coliseum and the city marine respectively. They offer a breathtaking view and enjoyment in the sun during the whole day.
The large terrace facing the Coliseum has 25 m2, while the front one has 8 m2.

The apartment has its own private and reserved parking place in the building courtyard.
It takes a 10-minute drive by car or city bus to reach the nearest public beach. A bus stop is not more than 100m away from the apartment. There are many restaurants, coffee bars, shops and a supermarket in the neighborhood.
