Sitting/dinning room with double French doors overlooks the back garden and fantastic sea views. Breakfast in the garden is a must. Master double bedroom with luxury ensuite bath, shower with sea views, twin room and double room overlooking swimming pool, double with balcony and spiral staircase leading up to the large roof sun terrace with all day sun and spectacular 360 degree views overlooking the sea and mountains. The kitchen is very well equipped with washing machine, oven, combination oven and dish washer and overlooks the swimming pool.
Built just a while ago everything is in pristine condition. Fantastic location for a quiet, romantic, relaxing beach holiday in the sun, with the sea on the doorstep. Great garden and large patio area for BBQs.
NEW TV system installed February 2018 with a choice from hundreds of channels in many different languages, including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV.

The waters and rock pools at the end of the garden are crystal clear and provide excellent snorkeling and fishing areas. There are many beautiful sandy beaches near to El Calon which are well worth exploring.

Golf and Snow skiing: There are four 18 hole golf courses within an easy drive, Dessert Springs which is the only dessert championship course within Europe, used for winter training, an absolutely stunning course, the fabulous Val del Este, the stunning course at Aguilon and Marina Golf overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
The fabulous sunny ski resort of Sierra Nevada is approximately a 2 1/4 hour drive away.
Shopping, market and site seeing trips can be arranged. Also shopping can be ordered and delivered to the house.

The house has a Burglar Alarm system fitted.
