It has a private infinity pool and extensive views over the west coast to the sea. The villa is within walking distance of excellent local bars, tavernas, a bakery and supermarket in Magazia and under 10 minutes' drive to the three coastal villages of Gaios, Loggos and Lakka.

Surrounded by extensive terraces to either sit and soak up the sun, enjoy a meal from the barbecue under a shady tree or a drink on starlit evening, Villa Rosemary makes the most of every opportunity for outdoor living. The private infinity pool is 8m x 5m and offers a great alternative to a day at the beach.

The interior of the villa comprises a large open plan living, dining and well equipped kitchen area with three sets of patio doors leading out onto the upper terrace with sea views. Immediately outside the kitchen doors is an outside dining area with table and chairs.

There are two steps down from the living room to the two air-conditioned bedrooms and bathroom facilities. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large wardrobes, en-suite shower room and patio doors onto the terrace with sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and views over the garden. There is also a further shower room allowing each bedroom to have use of its own bathroom facilities.

Property rental includes "Meet and Greet" from port on Paxos, welcome hamper, weekly linen change and pool cleaning. Transfers and car hire can also be arranged if required.

Price quoted includes all taxes and mandatory tourist levy.
